Bon Appetit' Caterers Spectacular Steak-Out or Chicken BBQ

Dinner menu only

Every party will have a choice of:

* A big 12-14 oz beautifully cut NY steak strip or Delmonico steak (can be served with mushrooms and onions at an additional charge)

* Marinated grilled, boneless, skinless chicken breast

* Option of boneless, skinless chicken breast and jerk chicken combination

This will be served with:

* Choice of Potato

  • Red Roasted Parsley Potatos (butter or ranch style dressings on the side)
  • Scalloped Potato Au Gratin

* Tossed Garden Salad (with assorted dressings)

* Buttered and seasoned (choice of 2)

* Buttered and seasoned: Whole Kernal Corn

* Buttered and seasoned: Whole Green Beans

* Buttered and seasoned: Baby Carrots

* Fresh Baked rolls and butter
